Terms of use – Online trainings
Price is always what is stated at booking. Prices are excluding VAT if not otherwise specified.
Booking is open until 16.00 the day prior to the course and is subject to availability. Your booking is guaranteed after confirmation from us.
Your booking is binding from one week prior to the course. Cancellations later than seven days prior to the course will be billed fully.
Rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstance can be made up until the day of the course. You may also choose to transfer the training to another participant.
Invoice with 30 days payment apply.
Participant is responsible for having accurate equipment for the training. You will need computer with working web cam and microphone, internet connection and a quiet place to be at during the training.
Detailed information about the course day will be provided together with booking confirmation.
Exceptions from these terms need to be documented and confirmed in written.

Terms and conditions – on site training
The price for the training is what is specified at the time of booking. The price is exclusive of VAT.
Registration is binding from fourteen days before the training day. For cancellations later than fourteen days before the training day, 50% of the price of the training will be invoiced. For cancellations later than seven days before the training day, 100% of the price of the training will be invoiced.
Invoice with a 30-day payment deadline is applied for payment.
If it is a customer-located training, the customer is responsible for providing adequate floor space for practical exercises.
Deviation from these terms should be made in writing.
